BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT
Dental department FMC Keffi has been in existence from the days of the General Hospital Keffi, which was built in 1957. Dental department was inherited by FMC Keffi alongside other departments in April 2000.
The pioneer HOD was Dr. C.E. Edeh with the staff strength of 7(seven) which has increased to over 70 now. The services is greatly increasing on daily basis viz: Extractions, Scaling and polishing, debenture.
Dental department of FMC keffi is an outpatient clinic within the hospital and it is situated adjacent to the Radiology department and directly behind HIM/Physiotherapy department. The services rendered in the Dental department of FMC keffi are as follows:

- Dental Oral and maxillofacial surgeries
- Dental Prosthetics
